Great music, tasty treats, and lots of wine… they had it all at the Belle Meade Plantation last night to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. It was a fabulous party to support a wonderful cause, and I was honored to capture the event!

While most of you were busy cooking your jalapeno poppers and preparing for the Superbowl, I was shooting the new clothing line for Flit & Flitter. These girls were a hoot. :) Adorable girls and adorable clothes – can’t beat that! These outfits won’t be available until the fall, but here’s a sneak peek!
I’m not a Baylor grad. But I photographed a pretty cool event this week for Baylor alums who live in Nashville. I discovered that Baylor folks are awesome! :) The main speaker was Grant Teaff, who coached at Baylor forever and is now the director of the American Football Coaches Association. He is in town (along with about 8,000 other coaches from across the country) for the AFCA Convention. He is a fascinating man and a terrific motivator, and I feel very privileged to have gotten a chance to hear him. At the end of the program, he was presented with a guitar signed by all of the evening’s guests… just a little token to help him remember Music City. :)
I photographed a Sweet 16 PAR-TAY on Saturday night at the Opryland Hotel. Brian Snyder from Snydmania Entertainment was the DJ, and he and I talked beforehand about how sometimes it’s difficult to get groups of people out on the dance floor. WELL. Let me tell y’all. This group had no problems lettin’ loose!!! The birthday girl and her friends (and her parents and her GRANDPARENTS!) were shakin’ it the whole night. Thank you for letting me be a part of your fun evening!!!
