It has been the weekend of beautiful baby girls! I photographed my second newborn of the weekend on Sunday in Green Hills. Baby Lila is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a pleasure getting to meet her and her parents. Here is a peek at her session!
Eden was one of my best little newborn clients ever… she belongs to my friends David & Joy, who are somewhat famous here on the blog (you’ll remember they were the family from last Christmas out in the field with the old truck). Anyway, Eden must have known that with THREE little girls in the house (plus their enormous dog who likes to follow me around), our session would be chaotic and might cause me to stress out just a teensy bit. So she made it super easy for me by sleeping like a rock the entire time I was there. And I LOOOVE her for that!!!
Look at her sleeping so peacefully even though I carried her to the backyard and laid her on a box. This girl is my new BFF.
Ahhh… this is what life with three kids looks like. :)
Check out Miss Kendall! She arrived at her photo session with an entourage of five adults ready to sing to her, play peek-a-boo, or dab her with a cool washcloth… anything she needed at her beck and call! When you’re as cute as she is, it’s easy to develop a following! I loved meeting her and her fans this morning! :)
Mary Drew is a sweet little girl who is lucky to have a beautiful mama and a super fun big brother (who would only be still for pictures if I promised to pick him up and spin him in a circle afterwards… I’ve never left a session quite so dizzy!!!). :) Here are a few images from this morning!

This beautiful baby girl is one week old, and she was so excited about her photo session that her parents told me she was up all night long the night before! :) Welcome to the world, baby Kennedy!
My niece is growing up and getting more and more fun every time I see her! She has the softest, creamiest skin… the biggest, most beautiful brown eyes… the cutest two bottom teeth you’ve ever seen… and the most awesome brown hair that sticks straight up like a rock star.
“Hi Aunt Jadie. Why don’t you just put the camera down and come over here and smooch my cheeks. You know you want to.”
If you look closely, you can see her brand new pearly whites.
Did I also mention that Sabrina has perfectly shaped eyebrows and looks great in hats?
The only drawback to wearing a hat is that it covers up the rock star hair.
Ooooh, Daddy is so funny. I’ve know this for years because he’s my brother. I’d better start writing down all of the stories about him that I intend to share with her in the future. :)
